WHEN PLANNING FEES APPLY

For trips requiring extensive research and custom proposals, planning fees are required BEFORE we begin work.

This investment ensures we can dedicate our time, expertise, and resources to designing your perfect journey. Planning fees are due after your consultation and before proposal creation.

Our Planning Fee Structure:

- All-inclusive resorts (7+ nights): FREE planning

- our commission from the resort covers our services

- All-inclusive resorts (6 nights or less): $50 service fee

- Destination weddings: $750 total planning fee

- $350 retainer due to begin planning

- $400 balance due upon guest room block confirmation

- Includes full wedding coordination + honeymoon planning

- Honeymoons: $0-500 depending on complexity

- FREE for 7+ night all-inclusive honeymoons

- $200 for custom 7-10 day multi-hotel trips

- $500 for multi-destination 10+ day journeys

- Custom itineraries: $500-1,200 based on scope

- $500 for 7-10 day trips with 2-3 destinations

- $800 for 10-14 day trips with 3-4 destinations

- $1,200+ for 14+ day luxury multi-destination trips

- Group travel: $75 per person (minimum $600)

- Covers coordination for organizer and all travelers

PLANNING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Once we begin work on your trip, planning fees are non-refundable as we've invested our time and expertise. However, fees can be applied to a future trip within 12 months if your plans change.

Deposits typically range from 20-40% of total trip cost

- Payment plans available for bookings over $4,000 ( if departure date is more than 45 days)

- Final payment due 45-60 days before departure

- We accept credit cards, debit, and e-transfers

- We respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours

- Destination weddings: Book 12-18 months in advance

- Vacations: Book 3-6 months in advance for best availability

- Last-minute trips: We'll do our best when possible!

- Planning fees are non-refundable once work begins

- Changes after booking may incur fees ($50-150 depending on complexity)
