  6. Cancellations and Refunds:

  7. Travel Insurance:

    • We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to safeguard your investment. Information on suitable insurance options will be shared during the planning phase.

Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Arranging travel for business and vacation customers

  • Determining customers needs and preferences such as schedules and costs

  • Email/Text message alerts and/or updates

  • Booking reservations for travel, hotels, and rental cars

  • Informing clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents such as passports and/or visas

  • Making alternate booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip

Steps to Submitting a Travel Request:

  1. Complete inquiry form below.

  2. After you fill out this form, the page will redirect you to our fee options page where you will then purchase the appropriate service for your trip.

  3. We will contact you via your communication preference to discuss your trip.

  4. You’re DONE! Leave the rest up to us!

Before You Book:

  1. Pricing is not guaranteed until deposit is made.

  2. Quotes will be sent within 24 - 48 hours of receiving inquiry and service fee payment.

  3. We accept all forms of payments, minus checks. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you via email for trip payments.

  4. After receiving your quote, and you do not wish to proceed, please let us know.

After You Book:

  1. Before submitting your deposit, everyone in the party will need to sign the Insurance form sent via email.

  2. Travel insurance is non-refundable & is added to the deposit.

  3. If you have a Travel roommate, your deposit will not be processed until they submit their deposit as well.

  4. After deposit is made, the reservation itinerary invoice will be sent via email.
