Flight booking assistance: $50. We find the best routes and timing, help you book, and ensure everything connects properly.
Travel insurance comparison & purchase: Complimentary. We provide quotes from 3-4 reputable providers and help you choose the right coverage. No fee.
Visa application assistance: $100 per person. We guide you through the paperwork, ensure you have the correct documents, and review applications before submission.
Rush service (less than 2 weeks’ notice): +$150. Last-minute bookings require dropping everything and working quickly. We charge extra for rush jobs.
Major post-booking changes: $50-150. If you need to change dates, swap hotels, or overhaul your itinerary after booking, we charge for the additional work (varies by complexity).
