Awarding Travels is an independent contractor travel agency business affiliated with Nexion Canada ULC which is fully licensed to conduct business in Ontario under the terms of the Travel Industry Act, 2002.
Awarding Travels affiliated with Nexion Canada ULC arranges travel products and services for our clients worldwide through our network of preferred industry suppliers. Accordingly, we deal with several consultants and third parties that may, in the course of their duties, have limited access to the personal information we hold to make such travel arrangements. These suppliers include airlines, accommodations, cruise lines, tour operators, computer reservations system providers, and other travel-related vendors. We restrict their access to any personal information we hold as much as is possible.
