Booking and Payment:

1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information for all passengers included in the booking.

2. The Customer agrees to pay the full amount or the required deposit for the booking, as specified by the Agency, within the stipulated time frame.

3. Payment can be made via credit card, and any other method agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellations and Refunds:

1. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the terms and conditions set forth by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers.

2. The Customer acknowledges that refunds, if applicable, may take time to process and are subject to the policies of the respective service providers.

3. The Agency reserves the right to charge an administration fee for processing cancellations and refunds.

Travel Documents:

1. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid and up-to-date.

2. The Agency shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Customer's failure to obtain necessary travel documents.

Changes to Itinerary:

1. The Agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, or political unrest.

2. The Customer will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary, and reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives.

Travel Insurance:

1. We strongly recommends that the Customer purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and baggage loss.

2. The Customer acknowledges that they have been informed of the importance of travel insurance and agrees to obtain adequate coverage.

Liability:

1. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Customer and various service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

2. The Agency shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred by the Customer during the course of travel, including but not limited to accidents, illness, or property loss.

3. The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for their own safety and well-being while traveling.

Force Majeure:

1. Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by awarding travels.

awarding travels has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that awarding travels shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By booking with the Agency, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change without prior notice, and the Customer is advised to review them regularly.
